I have found people more and  more confused about their insurance coverage.

Do I have first dollar coverage or does everything go through the deductible?

Is my network of providers sufficient?

Has the formulary of prescriptions shrunk?

What happens if I lose my job and can’t pay my policy?

If my income changes downward, can I get a tax credit after March 31?
